Handi Theatre

HandiTheatre is the very latest technology for portable entertainment, outdoors and indoors.  HandiTheatre® comprises of two major components, HandiScreen and SmartBox®.

HandiTheatre® allows the user to screen both Blu Ray and DVD movies, live TV, computer, games consoles and accessories such as video cameras.

The SmartBox® is the engine room that makes everything possible.  SmartBox® incorporates a powerful Optoma HD high definition projector with a Samsung Blu Ray player with a built in digital TV tuner.  All components are pre wired so set up is very quick and very easy.  The built in Optoma projector provides an amazing 3,000 ANSI lumens in high definition with a contrast ratio of 3,000:1.  The image quality is simply amazing!  All this in a beautiful aluminium box that weighs just 11 kg!

The control panel includes inputs for the TV antennae, wireless or wired microphone, auxiliary audio such as MP3 and video accessory such as video camera or electronic games.  The Samsung Blu Ray player provides a USB port for recording programs or for playback.

HandiScreen is a new inflatable movie screen in HD or wide screen 16:9 aspect ratio.  The screen incorporates a theatrical quality screen surface that can be used for front or rear projection. HandiScreen is available in two sizes, 2.5 and 3.0 metres measured diagonally. Once inflated, the blower is removed.  Since constant inflation is not required the HandiScreen is perfect for both outdoor and indoor applications.  The blower is rechargeable so AC mains are not required to inflate the HandiScreen. HandiScreen can be used anywhere from the desert to the drawing room! HandiScreen is supplied in a wheeled duffle bag for ease of handling complete with twist stakes and tethers.

High quality sound is provided through a pair of German designed Behringer 8” powered speakers which are connected to the SmartBox®.  A compact pair of speaker stands with carry bag is supplied. To complete the package the speakers are provided with a wheeled carry case.

HandiTheatre® is ideal for both the consumer backyard and smaller commercial markets.
